The main outcome of Supergood’s North Star program is to align its members with their highest purpose and position them in their chosen fields of expertise. At the heart of this is a coherent work:life balance and a blueprint for nothing less than greatness.

Where will North Star lead you

1. Plug Your Destination Into the GPS

North Star begins the same as any trip: with a reason for travel and a destination in mind. Once you know what you want and why you want it, we’ll plug it into the GPS. To do this, you’ll be decisively answering these questions:

  • Purpose: On my deathbed, looking back at my life, what will have made me feel fulfilled?
  • Missions: What do I care most about in this world? What sucks in the areas I care most about? Does it suck for a lot of people? And can I be passionate about this issue, cause, or community for a really long time?
  • Roles, Projects, and Skills: What role can I best play? What do I love doing? What am I best at? What areas of mastery can I uniquely combine to gain leverage in the marketplace?

By the end of this phase you will also be able to tell the difference within yourself, between a yes? and a yes!

2. Enjoy the Road Trip

Once you know where you want to go, you’ll focus on the journey itself. The details for what’s between “here” and “there” need to be colored in—destiny responds to clarity.

You will write out your professional and personal dreams 1-2 years into the future, detailing what your ideal life looks like on a day-to-day level. Our coaches will facilitate your exploration of all the essentials needed to make your vision a reality, and help you start identifying practical strategies.

3. Every Journey Has a Story

Your professional and personal adventures are stories with inherent power, and they desire to be told. In this phase we will focus on crafting and practicing your killer narrative so that the world moves around you. You will self-author a true and compelling story about who you are and what you’re up to, and learn to speak it with the clarity and emotional resonance needed to attract the right allies.

Your narrative has three components:

  • Where I’ve been
  • Where I am
  • Where I’m going

You will lay out all the puzzle pieces with precise communication for your strategic audiences: interviewers, investors, partners, organizations, friends or family.

If you believe it, they will too.

4. The Departure

Heading out on your own will reveal a road full of trials, some unique to you and others more universal. Any good adventure has a contingency plan so before we send you off, we help you prepare for possible roadblocks for an even smoother journey ahead. These may include:

  • Who you will seek out for mentorship or help
  • Which collaborators and partners to recruit
  • The trainings, certifications, or education you may require
  • A relocation strategy if relevant
  • Accepting and becoming at peace with what you are explicitly saying no to, in order to create space and time for the biggest and best years of your life

We will make sure you leave this program feeling fully capable and more excited for life than ever before. And the best part? Momentum will only grease the wheels of clarity. So as you set off in the direction of your dreams, execution will become your second nature.

Who North Star Has Served

This program is for the brave and purpose-driven. In the past, we’ve worked with executive assistants and helped them transition into C level jobs, we’ve supported risk takers as they shift out of corporate roles and into creative careers, and we’ve watched radical leadership bloom in both the office and homes of our members.

Here are some more specific and defining Supergood breakthroughs:

  • Fallon the corporate leader turned storyteller
  • Sam the scientist on a cosmic mission
  • Ryan the record label visionary
  • Kayla the coveted teammate
  • Fallon was a hard working, high performing, but professionally unfulfilled chief of staff for the executive team at a large silicon valley tech company. After unearthing (and finally admitting to) her true desire to be a Hollywood screenwriter, Supergood helped her design a plan she could action right away and mapped out the bridge conjoining the two industries.

She secured a role as the chief of staff and head of special projects for the President of one of Hollywood’s biggest entertainment companies, and in this position, has built key relationships and experiences to support the imminent pivot of her career into writing.
